Is the SHAEVRA Flow really cordless?

Yes. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, so it does not need to stay plugged in. Recharge it with the supplied USB cable when the battery runs low.

How often should I change the filter?

Change it regularly to keep the water tasting fresh — our 7-pack covers months of replacements. Rinse the fountain weekly at the same time.

What is it made from?

The drinking tray is stainless steel, set into a moulded body. Follow the cleaning guidance in the supplied manual.

How long does delivery take?
