Is SHAEVRA Flow really cordless?

Yes. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, so it doesn’t need to stay plugged in. Recharge it over USB when the battery runs low.

How does the motion sensor work?

A sensor wakes the pump as your cat approaches and lets it rest when the fountain isn’t in use, which helps the battery last between charges.

How long does delivery take?

Free shipping across Australia, typically one to two weeks from our overseas fulfilment partner. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

Will it make my cat drink more?

Some cats are drawn to moving water, but every cat is different and a fountain can’t guarantee more drinking. Speak with your veterinarian about your cat’s hydration or health.
